Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Vikings Fitness Apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

2. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at vikingsfitnessapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

4. Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items damaged while worn by customer.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
